Organizational Results, LLC ("Organizational Results," "we," "us") operates this site (organizationalresults.com) and the products and services described on it. Reach us at ops@organizationalresults.com.

We collect only what you give us when you fill out a form or email us:

• Name, work email, company, and phone (if provided) on the contact form
• The same fields plus operational details you submit on the free audit form
• Any information you include in messages or attachments
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability
• Privacy-respecting analytics (aggregate page views, traffic sources) — no third-party advertising trackers

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, deliver the audit you requested, or operate the engagement you hire us for. We don't use it for advertising, we don't share it with marketing networks, and we don't sell it. Period.

Only the people who need it to do the work:

• The Organizational Results team members assigned to your engagement
• Service providers we use to operate the site (hosting, email delivery) — bound by confidentiality and never permitted to use your data for their own purposes
• When required by law (court order, subpoena) — we'll notify you unless legally prohibited

Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access limited to the team members who need it. Annual review of who has access to what. Documented incident response — if there's a breach affecting your data, you'll hear from us promptly.

Audit and contact-form submissions are retained while the relationship is active and for up to two years after, then deleted unless you ask us to keep it longer or contractual obligations require it. Server logs rotate within 90 days.

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

• Show you what we have on file
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete it (subject to legal/contractual retention)
• Stop using it for anything beyond the original purpose
• Send you a copy in a portable format

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for site functionality and one privacy-respecting analytics cookie that doesn't track you across sites. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers.

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the "Effective" date at the top. Significant changes will be announced to active engagement contacts directly.
