By using organizationalresults.com or submitting any form on it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Organizational Results, LLC ("Organizational Results," "we," "us") operates this site and the products described on it. Reach us at ops@organizationalresults.com.

The 14-day free audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. The report we deliver is yours to keep regardless of whether you proceed with a paid engagement. We may use aggregated, anonymized findings from audits to improve our methodology and publish industry benchmarks; we will never publish anything that identifies your operation.

Anything you submit (forms, attachments, messages) remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purposes you submitted it for (responding to your inquiry, delivering the audit, or operating the engagement you hire us for).

You agree not to:

• Use the site to violate any law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or compromise the site's security
• Use the site to send unsolicited messages or spam
• Reverse engineer or copy the site's software, design system, or content for redistribution

Site design, code, copy, brand marks, scenes, and visual components are owned by Organizational Results unless otherwise noted. You may share links to public pages freely; you may not copy or republish substantial portions without written permission.

The site links to third-party sites (e.g. resultsai.com and partner sites). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

The site and the free audit report are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond what's required by applicable law. The audit report represents our professional opinion based on the information you provide; outcomes will depend on your operation, market, and execution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizational Results' aggregate liability arising from your use of the site or the free audit will not exceed $100. This limit doesn't apply to claims that can't be limited under applicable law (e.g. gross negligence, willful misconduct). Paid engagements have their own liability terms in the MSA.

You agree to indemnify Organizational Results against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Organizational Results is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.

We may update these terms; we'll revise the "Effective" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
